第一次投SCI的ENB杂志，，两个月后，刚放假收到了回信，给了rejected，一小修一拒，这样我接下来该怎么处理呢？
好像没给重投机会。。。好失落啊。而且老板没关注这事情，我又是自己处置了。
我该好好修改重投还是改投？

  - This paper ....So, I don't think that it is a good way to enhance the....., and even it is worthless for practical application.

Many results just present some data for trend analysis and can not indicate valuable insight for ..... tech.
