求助：第一次投SCI，两个月给了rejected，一小修一拒，这样我接下来该怎么处理？ 已有8人参与

第一次投SCI的ENB杂志，，两个月后，刚放假收到了回信，给了rejected，一小修一拒，这样我接下来该怎么处理呢？ 好像没给重投机会。。。好失落啊。而且老板没关注这事情，我又是自己处置了。 我该好好修改重投还是改投？ 谢谢各位！ 原文： Dear .... Thank you for submitting your manuscript to Energy and Buildings.
