The study try to explain the flexural behavior using stiffness term, the way the author point out the beam stiffness to check carefully. First of all the, author does not show how calculate the stiffness, secondly, the stiffness of composite section depend on effective moment of inertia Ie and E modulus of elasticity of materials, did author considered these two parameters in stiffness calculation?

Thank you for pointing this. The focus of using stiffness is to illustrate the effectiveness of the new method in this paper. It doesn't focus on the stiffness calculation method. Thus, the two parameters in stiffness have not been considered.
