求助：SCI论文大修的编辑意见如何回复
投稿了一篇SCI论文，除了两位审稿人的意见，编辑也给出了意见，如下：
Editor comments: The paper has some promising research and application however I would like to draw the attention of the authors to the comments made by the two Reviewers and especially those of Reviewer 1 with which I largely agree. So I would ask the authors to respond carefully to those comments and give a thorough explanation on the points raised. The acceptance of the paper will depend on the clarifications given to those points raised by the reviewers. One of the key problems is the rather casual description of Materials and Methods which should be written in a way that the reader could follow. In addition replication should be clarified. Upon receival of the authors' responses the final decision on the manuscript will be taken.

1、其实编辑并未提实质性的问题，只是强调他非常同意1号审稿人的意见，要求重点回复。还有一点，就是要求在文中简单介绍实验所用材料和实验方法，以方便读者理解，所以在修改信中简单对编辑表示感谢，说明已经介绍材料和方法就行，重点回复审稿人意见。
2、编辑评论中的“In addition replication should be clarified”意思是让你把修改的部分在article中标记出来，便于编辑看修改稿时一目了然。

主编对你的论文意向不错，接受的可能性很大，但是你需要认真回复两位审稿人的意见，尤其是第一位审稿人的意见。论文接受与否取决于你对两位审稿人意见的回复。最后，还有主编对你的Materials and Methods有意见，你可能写的有点啰嗦复杂，需要再简化一下，
