I now have three reviews of your paper submission. ?Copies of reviewers comemnts are attached. ?Reviewers #1 and 2 are for publication after revisions are made in response to their comments. ?Reviewer #3 is against publication. ?Please revise you paper in response to reviewers comments and return the revised paper to me. ?Also include a list of reviewers comments, along with your response to each comment and the revisions made in response to each comment. ?I will then send the revised paper to reviewer #3 for review before deciding on publication.
