如题，小硕一枚，第一次投稿，近期修回，大修，但是不明白审稿人的意见，请大家帮忙看看什么意思，在此谢过！审稿人意见如下：
     1. The introduction section need to be further modified in order to fit the Journal. The separation content should be the main content in the paper. Thus, the title and introduction section should incline more to the separation science idea. The novelty of the manuscript need to clearly be expressed and emphasize. In fact the manuscript may not suitable to the XXX（杂志） in the existing form.
     2. In the section 2.7, the references should be marked.
     3. The reference need to be update. The literature of nearly five years is not enough.
     4. In Conclusion section, more crucial data should be involved to support the conclusion.
     前面三点都好理解，但是第四条意见有些不懂，是让补做实验吗？
