APL 投稿一个审稿人直接拒稿，另一个审稿人让修改，求助
APL 投稿一个审稿人直接拒稿，另一个审稿人让修改，编辑让修改（revise）以更远的考虑，那我修改的时候是按照第二个审稿人的意见修改吗？因为第一个审稿人并没有给出详细修改意见简单说不适合在此期刊发表。下面附上审稿评估：
