最近投了Elsevier期刊文章老是被Submissions Sent Back to Author，是技术不过关。但是我已经根据意见修改了，在一投依旧Submissions Sent Back to Author。。。。。。。。。。

1) Please submit, as part of the covering letter with the manuscript, the names, affiliation and email addresses of four potential Referees. Appropriate Referees should have no close connection with any of the authors. In addition, Referees should be from institutions other than those of any of the Authors.
2) Abbreviations explained on first use in both abstract and main text.
3) In-text reference citation should be indicated by numbers in square bracket.

首先，cover letter.中推荐审稿人要有姓名，工作单位，邮箱地址，并且和你没关系 。然后，缩写在摘要和正文中第一次使用要解释。 参考文献引用不太对吧，最后图和表太多了
他是说参考文献引用要加中括号，我已经加了，第二次依旧这么说

楼主先检查一下上传的稿件是修改稿还是初稿，如果是修改稿，再仔细检查一下是否按照四点要去一一做了到位的修改，如果修改到位，最好给编辑部写信问问情况。

是否你的图有多个小图复合成一个大图的情况？如果是这样，那么每个小图都算一个图。
仔细检查每一项的要求是否都达到了。有一个地方未达到要求都是不行的。
楼上建议很正确，楼主实在弄不懂就下几篇该杂志最新文献，仔细看下图表文字参考文献格式，按着修改就可以了。
