最近投了Elsevier期刊文章老是被Submissions Sent Back to Author，是技术不过关。 已有4人参与

最近投了Elsevier期刊文章老是被Submissions Sent Back to Author，是技术不过关。但是我已经根据意见修改了，在一投依旧Submissions Sent Back to Author。。。。。。。。。。 两次回信都一样 Comments: LANGUAGE: PASS TECHNICAL: 1) Please submit, as part of the covering letter with the manuscript, the names, affiliation and email addresses of four potential Referees. Appropriate Referees should have no close connection with any of the authors. In addition, Referees should be from institutions other than those of any of the Authors. 2) Abbreviations explained on first use in both abstract and main text. 3) In-text reference citation should be indicated by numbers in square bracket. 4) As per journal requirement, the number of figures and tables should not exceed 8 for regular articles. For multiple-panel figures each set of two panels equates to one figure. 求助各位要怎么做，有没有经验的小伙伴。 |

首先，cover letter.中推荐审稿人要有姓名，工作单位，邮箱地址，并且和你没关系 。然后，缩写在摘要和正文中第一次使用要解释。 参考文献引用不太对吧，最后图和表太多了 发自小木虫IOS客户端 |
