PRL投稿一个半月，今天刚刚收到修改意见。
有一些疑问，想请教木虫上的大神。

1、好像本来编辑找了三个审稿人（因为通知审稿人的条目出现了三次：Review request to referee; response not yet received），但是有一个审稿人拒绝审稿以后，编辑换了一个审稿人，后来另一个审稿人也拒绝审稿以后，换的那个审稿人回复修改意见了。
目前在只有一个审稿人意见的情况下，编辑就把意见发给我了。
在邮件里面有一句话是这样的：Another referee was consulted but we now assume that noreport will be received.  If a useful report is received,we will contact you.
是不是说如果还是没有其他审稿人有意见，这篇论文实质上就变成了只有一个审稿人了？还是后续会添加？

2、该审稿人对论文评论如下：
The manuscript is well-written and presents figures of high quality. The underlying experiments are not trivial, and the structure of the ******(本文研究内容) is a topic of active discussion in the literature. The manuscript presents specific scientific findings. However, a few key points should be addressed for it to become publishable in \emph{Physical Review Letters} or elsewhere.
评论后添加了5条修改意见，请问以上评论表达的审稿人的意见是客气还是真的就是觉得这项研究比较有意思？因为第一次投稿PRL，对他们的措辞风格都不甚了解，所以向大家求教。
