您好!我今天收到了编号为‘123’的审稿意见，先谢谢您，您辛苦了！可是我现在有个疑问，恳请您帮我看看，审稿人的意见是本论文在修改后建议发表，给的几个意见大部分都是排版的问题，但您的意见是拒稿，我感到非常惊讶，请问您能否给一次修改的机会，谢谢主编！

Dear Editor,
Today, I just received your reviewer comments No. 123. Sincerely thanks for your hard work on that.
However, here is a question of mine that may need your help. The reviewer's comment is advising the paper to be published after modification and most of the given suggestions are about the format.
Your final rejection makes me feel surprised and upset.May I have the opportunity modify it one more time?

Earlier today, I received comments from Reviewer 123 on our manuscript. The comments were mostly about formatting problems and the reviewer suggestion was publishing after revision. I am therefore surprised that you decided to reject our manuscript. (Although you might have good reasons for this decision, 是否加上这句可以自己考虑）I was wondering if there is an opportunity for us to revise and improve our manuscript. Thank you.
