课题组目前现有研究人员10余人，其中包括留美归国教师、毕业于香港大学的博士后和研究生等。带头人栗坤教授，燕山大学毕业，研究生学历，博士学位。中国抗癌协会纳米肿瘤学专业委员会委员和精准医学与肿瘤康复专业委员会委员。目前研究工作主要在肿瘤早期检测方面既寻找可直接示踪癌症的发生和发展过程中标志物，并能实现对这些标志物高灵敏度的检测，对肿瘤的早期诊断和治疗具有非常重要的科学意义和临床价值；抗癌药物载体制备方面既构建稳定性高和靶向性好的脂质体载药系统可以减少药量，降低副作用，提高药效。作为项目主要参与人与负责人曾承担河北省秦皇岛市科学技术研究与发展计划项目、省自然科学基金项目、省卫生厅项目、军口“863”课题、国家重大转基因专项等。.近几年，在国内外学术刊物共发表肿瘤研究相关领域SCI收录论文30余篇；申请专利4项，其中授权1项。
