最近一篇文章投的GRSL，先是reject & resubmit ,然后 Major Revision，今天收到的消息是reject。两个审稿人意见，一个是acceptance 一个是reject。

Unfortunately, the authors still did not convince me on the practical utilization of the methodology. The authors mention that the work is done, but it could not be reported here, as this is a letter. I think this is not a scientific justification. If it is not possible as a letter, you can improve the article and submit it to JSTARS. In the end, we need to have a scientifically convincing processing chain along with significant validation to show the utility of the proposed method.
