今天收到了一审审稿意见，所以下面的审稿意见是 大修 还是 修改后重投 啊？

审稿人3感觉比较负责，提了要害性的问题，然后reject，并且说如果被拒了让我重投这个期刊。这样的审稿意见真是冰火两重天啊。两级分化太严重了。
但是不知道是大修还是改后重投？看编辑的语气好像是大修make a major revision，但是投稿系统却是显示：Revise and Resubmit as a Regular Magazine Paper
Revise and Resubmit在审稿意见里面算什么等级的？比大修还严重点？
