有一篇个人感觉质量尚可的文章，因为想快点被接收就投了RSC Advances。今天收到审稿意见：

Referee: 3 大修 三条意见 This paper is well-written and structured. The work was carefully done.
Referee: 4 据稿 认为创新性不够，However, the experiments were well conducted and the manuscript was well written, and the results presented are interesting and the conclusions are basically supported by the data. Thus, I fell this work may be better suited to a more specialized journal such as Electrocatalysis, where it would best reach its target audience. 然后三条格式的问题。
在我看来，这完全是可以给大修的审稿意见，可是编辑却毫无犹豫的据稿了，连重投的机会都没给。我现在怀疑第四个审稿人就是编辑，但如果是这样的话他干嘛要多此一举的送审呢？
