我觉得这句话有毛病，按照意思翻译应该是good health  make our life  better.

健康 = health 或 wellness // 生活品质  = qualify of life  

  定义: wellness = the ability to maintain a healthy quality of life that allows us to get through our daily activities without undue fatigue or physical stress，

同认为中文不通，可模仿世博的口号，better health, better life.
