第一次投稿SPL，三天还没分副编辑，会不会被主编直接拒？
我周一投SPL（signal processing letters)，状态

整整三天后，连期刊内部的副编都没分， 这可是快报呀。
最近有同学投了这，都是三周内被编委会据的(editorial board members)， 没送审没peer review.
我也不是很了解审理流程，害怕会被主编直接拒，连编委会都没过
虽然只是短文，因为是博士第一次投稿，心里很纠结

After the re-submission, my first paper during my PhD study was rejected by SPL. Because SPL only allow once re-submission, I will revise and submit to other journals, probably SP. Thanks again for encouragement and attention. More details about the review process is listed below, hopefully this information is helpful for other researchers.
