文章被拒，审稿人意见与本文无关
最近投了这个期刊，昨天返回意见，如下:
I regret to inform you that the reviewers of your manuscript have advised against publication, and I must therefore reject it.
For your guidance, the reviewers' comments are included below. If you are able to significantly improve your manuscript and take into account all the points raised by the reviewers then you are invited to submit a new manuscript to JNGSE on this topic. If you decide to submit a new manuscript then please mention the JNGSE number of this rejected manuscript in your new submission.
但是一个审稿人的意见完全跟我的论文没有关系，肯定是把别人论文的意见误放到我的文章上了，请问这种我能给主编发邮件说明情况吗？成功机率大吗？谢谢

可以给主编发邮件说明情况的，应可以获得机会的。

编辑给了你重投的机会。不知道有几个审稿人，必须按照其余审稿人的意见进行修改，并逐条附上修改说明。并把这个审稿人的意见附上，说明可能是附件上传错误，所以不再根据这些意见修改。如果修改的好的话，可能不用再审稿就直接接收，也可能继续送审。总之认真修改肯定没有问题，
机会是有的小，好好argue下，不过很耗时间的，要好好准备一封长长的信去说服主编。我们实验室目前还没有成功过的，不过每次我们都会去争取下吧。
