最近投了这个期刊，昨天返回意见，如下:

但是一个审稿人的意见完全跟我的论文没有关系，肯定是把别人论文的意见误放到我的文章上了，请问这种我能给主编发邮件说明情况吗？成功机率大吗？谢谢
