ASME的期刊，两个审稿人，第一个提了五处语言问题，第二个明确说内容没问题，但提了一大堆语言问题。编辑邮件中有一句话是“Based on the detailed comments of the reviewers, I am recommending to the Journal Editor that your paper be considered for publication as a Technical Brief in the  xxxxxxx pending revision. My recommendation is: Revisions required.”
