岗位职责：协助“国际环境科学中心”（一所南京大学作为创建会员之一的国际机构，以下简称中心， IIES简介见下方）中方及外方主任管理日常国际合作研究、学生国际交流、宣传、培训、国际会议等相关事宜，参与中心的建设及中心网站的建立及维护，参与中心经费管理及其他中心事务，参与环境学院外事相关工作，并有机会到加拿大培训或到其他成员国家参观访问。

The International Institute for Environmental Studies (IIES)
The IIES has grown out of international collaborations among a number of universities and institutes around the globe. The vision of the IIES is to become a global leader in the development of research and policy for the management of environmental issues having international dimensions. As a global leader in environmental research, the IIES will foster international exchanges of research scientists, field experts, faculty members, post-doctoral fellows and students. It will also facilitate the exchange of information, ideas, research needs and results among Member Institutions, Governmental Members and Industry Partners of the Institute. The IIES is designed to be a primarily virtual organization. It has a physical secretariat in the School of the Environment, Nanjing University (NJU), and the current director is Prof. Evans in the School of the Environment, Trent University (TrentU).
Establishment of the IIES was initiated by TrentU and NJU, and it was formally founded in 2015 by 16 founding members. The other founding members are prominent universities and institutes in Asia, Europe and North America.

岗位要求：
（1） 本科及以上学历；
（2） 具有较高的英语和公文写作能力；
（3） 具有较强的协调沟通、组织及团队工作能力；
（4） 年龄不超过35岁。


本岗位试用期3个月，每个聘期为两年。薪酬根据南京大学人才交流中心有关的定岗定级标准发放，约为5000元/月。
