cover letter是 必须，符合伦理学要求，没往别处投稿(会议摘要类可以)，所有投稿者尤其是通讯作者都同意投往此杂志，当然一旦录用也不会将此文投往别的杂志等等。当然我前期投稿的里面还写到此文与现如今的研究存在几大创新性等等，百度一下，到处都是的，
