下面是部分内容，主要是技术部分的Cover letter看不懂到底想让我干啥？求各位高人帮忙一下！！ Unfortunately your manuscript does not currently meet the Journal's required standard. Please make changes/corrections as detailed in the comments below: LANGUAGE: In its current state, the level of English throughout your manuscript does not meet the journal's desired standard. Please check the manuscript and refine the language carefully. TECHNICAL: 1) Cover letter required for all submissions. The cover letter should state that the authors have complied with Elsevier's ethical requirements: (Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis), that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that its publication is approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out. Submission also implies that, if accepted, it will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or in any other language, without the written consent of the Publisher.) 2) Pages should be numbered sequentially. |

cover letter是 必须，符合伦理学要求，没往别处投稿(会议摘要类可以)，所有投稿者尤其是通讯作者都同意投往此杂志，当然一旦录用也不会将此文投往别的杂志等等。当然我前期投稿的里面还写到此文与现如今的研究存在几大创新性等等，百度一下，到处都是的， 发自小木虫Android客户端 |
