Comments to the Author
The paper is devoted to the current subject. I appreciate the literature review presented by the authors in the Introduction. However, quality of communication is poor. It is inadmissible to permit the article to be published in any Journal. Moreover, each page of the paper contains many illogical statements. Some sentences are so non-grammatically written that one can hardly understand what was the authors ‘ intension. The authors use the slogans, incorrect aviation nomenclature and made a lot of other mistakes (typos, punctuation, word order, etc.), such as:  下面列举了好多表达不恰当的例子（十几条），关于文章的具体内容没有提及，这个审稿人肯定是直接据稿！
