求大神分析，文章直接被reject了，能否按照审稿人的意见修改后重投这个杂志？ 已有2人参与

以下是主编的reject信 I write you in regards to manuscript XXX entitled "XXXXXX" which you submitted to XXX期刊. In view of the criticisms of the reviewer(s) found at the bottom of this letter, your manuscript has been denied publication in XXX期刊. Thank you for considering XXX期刊 for the publication of your research. I hope the outcome of this specific submission will not discourage you from the submission of future manuscripts. 以下是审稿意见： Reviewer: 1 Comments to the Author The paper is devoted to the current subject. I appreciate the literature review presented by the authors in the Introduction. However, quality of communication is poor. It is inadmissible to permit the article to be published in any Journal. Moreover, each page of the paper contains many illogical statements. Some sentences are so non-grammatically written that one can hardly understand what was the authors ‘ intension. The authors use the slogans, incorrect aviation nomenclature and made a lot of other mistakes (typos, punctuation, word order, etc.), such as: 下面列举了好多表达不恰当的例子（十几条），关于文章的具体内容没有提及，这个审稿人肯定是直接据稿！  Reviewer: 2 Comments to the Author 1...内容 2...内容 . . . 10...内容 这个审稿人很专业列了10条技术性的修改意见，估计给的意见至少是大修或者据稿！  最后主编给的是据稿，请问大神：能否按审稿人的意见修改完后，再投这个期刊？或者有没有其他更好的方式，还是修改后改投其他期刊？求大神支招，谢谢了  |
