3月投JPD，只有一个审稿人，一审审稿意见是实验现象很新颖，但是缺乏物理分析，要求修稿重投。
经过一个月的修稿，补充实验结果以及物理分析，并且论文内容表述基本rewritten，找了美国教授进行了语言修改。
再经过一个月的审稿后，审稿人给出了“the revised manuscript shows some improvement over the previous one, but frankly speaking, no substantial change is made and the revision falls short of my expections. major part of this work is still a description of the xxx and the significance of xxx. the physics is still not strong enough to warrant publication in this journal.”
我们的实验结果分析很明确，完全合理的解释了实验现象，并且附有基本的仿真结果说明实验内容。
这种审稿意见感觉很主观，审稿人从头到尾没有给出具体建议。
