我的结构是二维的,为什么分析出来是三维的啊?理论上Zn是三连接,配体是四连接,求大神的再次帮助。

我是在0lex2中解的单晶,mercury里面的键长没限制,可能会长成三维的,确实是二维的,锌是四配位,有一个是水分子,一个配体是线性的,还有一个是四羧酸配体。
最好先用diamondx画下,然后把diamond文件发我
一个配体连了四个金属,应该简化为四节点。金属简化为三节点就可以了,但是我对拓扑不是很熟悉,简化不出来。你能不能按照这个简化一下啊,拜托了。
