近期投了篇论文到ESPR，返回的意见中，两个审稿人意见容易回答。
但是在编辑的意见中，general comments里面，他提到：However, it is not suitable to be published in the Environmental Science and Pollution Research due to the lack of novelty and innovation. Here are major concerns on some aspects and points to be clarified to help improve the quality of the paper for future publication.
这句之后就是一些具体的修改意见。

我想请问大家，遇到过这种情况吗？这句是套路话，还是说，我的文章修改之后，不被接收的可能性很大。因为，创新性是不太容易通过修改论文内容增加上去的。
