I enjoyed reading “XXX”. The paper shows good research achievements that are useful. However, I hardly found that your submission is within the scope of XXX. XXX’s criteria of selection are on scientific findings, research achievements and engineering practices in the fields of XXX. Considering the present form of the manuscript, I conclude that we should withdraw this submission before sending to the regular reviews.
