Dear Dr. XXX, I am writing regarding your submission to XXX entitled "XXX". Thank you very much for submitting your manuscript to XXX. As an associate editor-in-chief, I read your submission as an initial assessment before moving onto the peer-review process. I enjoyed reading “XXX”. The paper shows good research achievements that are useful. However, I hardly found that your submission is within the scope of XXX. XXX’s criteria of selection are on scientific findings, research achievements and engineering practices in the fields of XXX. Considering the present form of the manuscript, I conclude that we should withdraw this submission before sending to the regular reviews. I encourage the authors to submit to other journals cited in the current manuscript to take appropriate reviews. Again, thank you for your interest in this journal.
