Requirements:
-        Must have 2 years+ hand on Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDX) experience.
-        Basic knowledge of SEM and EDX hardware and principles.
-        Able to use engineering skills to focus primarily on thin film morphology, defects and critical dimension (CD) analysis, communicate results, review data for in-depth analysis.  
-        Able to deliver timely reports. Strong trouble shooting skills.
-        Experience with optical review tools, defect analysis software and image processing software.
-        Interface and collaborate with other departments including field, production and R&D to collect and track requirements for product evolution and development, translate high-level customer needs into product requirements.
-        An in-depth understanding of flat panel display (FPD) technology, LCD & OLEDs is preferable

Education:
• BS w/ 6+ years or MS/ w 3+ years experience.in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering or equivalent.
