大修后被据，审稿意见很简单，是不是可以申诉？有模板吗
论文大修后被据，据信还同时抄送给了一个人，估计是审稿人

重点是The authors did not answer the referee's questions well, in particular Q1. 这部分不解决掉再怎么申诉都是互相浪费时间

你这个说不满意当前的形式。还是有改的机会。你确定编辑给的是拒稿而不是重投嘛？如果是，按照新稿投，附上letter的说明，说你根据意见做了那些改动
