如何理解这个SCI审稿人的审稿意见？
编辑给的是大修，其中一个审稿人的意见比较好懂，也容易修改。但是这个审稿人的意见应该是负面的，给了3条意见，不知道是让我大修还是直接拒稿的意思。各位有经验的虫友帮忙分析一下，按照他的意见逐条回复还有戏么？
Reviewer #1: The *** is an interesting issue for engineering applications. However, I think the innovation is insufficient for publication. The author should consider the following issues.
1. According to my understanding,the nonlinear vibration control requires the nonlinear dynamic equation of structures. But the linearized model of cable net structure is used in this paper.
2. Section 2 needs a greatly simplification because the context is traditional or the work of other authors.
3. The model reduction is important issues for the vibration control of cable net structures. It is not considered in this paper.

审稿人基本上不认可你的工作：
1）审稿人认为，非线性控制需要结构的非线性动力学方程才行，而你用到是线性模型。你得说服审稿人你的模型可以进行非线性控制；
2）第二节太啰嗦，都是别人的工作或传统的工作。简单介绍一下就可以了。
3）控制中重要的“model reduction”没有做
JVC不是SCI了，你的文章要是不错，可以换个呀
有戏啊。
