二战sci.....这算大修还是小修
之前投的一个sci修后重投被拒了。。。继续改投，现在审稿意见下来了，只有一个审稿人意见，而且意见也只有三条，然后编辑给了两个星期revise,这个到底算是大修还是小修了。。。。关键只有一个审稿人，要不要发信问问编辑是不是漏了。

This paper mentioned design and optimization of XX.
The design is useful for XX developer. But I am not sure that this
paper have novelty or originality.
For example:
1. What is advantage or novelty using DE algorithm to this analysis?
2. Why decreased cogging torque by using XX?
3. How to do select the optimization variables?
Please explain about above comment.

在我的领域2周修改等于小改或者接受后的小改。（大改一般2个月）

不管大修小修，关键是修好
电机电磁场的一个四区sci，关键就一个审稿人，而且从他说不知道论文有没有创新、原创。要我解释三个问题。小修不都是一些不疼不痒的语法之类问题么
，
肯定是要认真对待的。。。。关乎毕业呢
