Chem Commun 审稿被编辑拒掉，不知现在是不是系统更改了，没有显示大小修之类，有个rating项。想问下有遇到这种情况的么，这种情况下重投还有希望么。还有就是，如果转投到JMCA的话是否需要附上审稿意见？做的内容是MOFs衍生碳材料的应用。审稿意见如下：
