你文章都写得出来。。这几句还看不懂呀。。。。
估计是另一个期刊没有稿件吧，查了一下，好像中国院的分区都没有将建议的那个期刊列入。。。影响因子0.6几。。
如果不想再折腾。。。转过去也不错啦。。。反正我感觉三区中不了。换投四区也是合理的，
