投稿后编辑初审后直接拒搞（未送审），怎么破？？？！！！修改重投 ? 还是改投？

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to consider your work. After my own initial comprehensive review, I must conclude that it remains unclear why this work is novel over prior work on exactly the same zeolite membranes. Hence I need to reject the manuscript at this stage already.

In order to support your efforts to formulate highly innovative and novel research, I would like to point you to a compilation of essays published by the American Chemical Society. This may help you to formulate the manuscripts such that novelty goes beyond a mere variation of a material system for instance.
