Reviewers' comments on your work have now been received.  You will see that they have identified a number of problems with your work that are quite major.  Therefore I must reject it.  However, your paper does have merit.  Thus, if you consider carefully their comments, you may be able to make major changes/additions/revisions and present your work or provide new results in a way that would be more convincing.  If so, I would be happy to reconsider it as a new submission and get a completely new set of reviews by a different group of reviewers.
