投稿问题求助，我做了单因素，审稿人说不算优化，不知该怎么回答，跪求指点..........
审稿人问题：“Really it is not an optimization procedure, because the authors only check some combinations and then select the best, but it is not necessarily the optimal point. To make an optimization, the authors need to use a surface response methodology. This point should be explained in the text.”求助该怎么回答？

我觉得这要看这篇文章的目的了，如果属于机理分析类的，那么选得变量应该少而精，并且要深究，用响应面、正交等方法反而不好，很难说清楚。
如果属于方法创新以及应用类的，那应该尽量多的选择可能有影响的变量，尽量出更多的数据。

楼主确实很着急，看您连续挂了俩个帖子。没事的，这个问题不难！最起码审稿人没有拒你。你加一点实验然后加大量的对比分析，主要是分析你的结果和文献结果不同以及提高！突出你的优点，这样就没问题了！
