这是编辑意见。还有两个两个审稿人的意见，第一个的问题比较难回答，第二个就单词和小问题了，不难。
1、求助编辑这是拒稿还是怎么着。
2、是修改后重新当做新的一篇文章投吗？那编辑还是原来的编辑？审稿人呢？跟投新的文章流程一样吗？
3、还是当做修改稿投呢，但它又不是修改，修改的应该是附件中第一张图片：submit revision，而我的是第二张resubmit
实在不知道怎么办了，第一次投文章，求大牛们指教，不胜感激！
