In light of the comments received, I am unable to accept the manuscript for publication in Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research. However, if further experimentation, analysis, and revisions allow you to address the referees concerns in full we would be happy to consider a revised manuscript that includes such data and analysis (assuming no related data is published in the interim). This revision should address the reviewers’ comments and include a point-by-point response to the concerns. To revise your manuscript, log into ACS Paragon Plus at https://paragonplus.acs.org/login and select "My Authoring Activity". There you will find your manuscript title listed under "Expired Revisions and Manuscripts No Longer Under Consideration." With the exception of your main text file, all of your original files will be available to you for review or replacement during the resubmission process. Freeman Associate Editor Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research 这是编辑意见。还有两个两个审稿人的意见，第一个的问题比较难回答，第二个就单词和小问题了，不难。 1、求助编辑这是拒稿还是怎么着。 2、是修改后重新当做新的一篇文章投吗？那编辑还是原来的编辑？审稿人呢？跟投新的文章流程一样吗？ 3、还是当做修改稿投呢，但它又不是修改，修改的应该是附件中第一张图片：submit revision，而我的是第二张resubmit 实在不知道怎么办了，第一次投文章，求大牛们指教，不胜感激！  1.png  2.png |
