主编分配的副主编，副主编没有送审，说我文章的测定温度范围没有40度，我做了一个混合体系6种配比，22-60度38度范围。应该就是实验数据不够，不能发表，叫我另外投别的杂志。我能不能补充了数据点以后重新计算再投这个杂志，以下是编辑来信：
