这样的编辑回信能否补充实验数据再投这个杂志 已有1人参与

主编分配的副主编，副主编没有送审，说我文章的测定温度范围没有40度，我做了一个混合体系6种配比，22-60度38度范围。应该就是实验数据不够，不能发表，叫我另外投别的杂志。我能不能补充了数据点以后重新计算再投这个杂志，以下是编辑来信： Thank you for considering the Journal of Chemical & Engineering Data for your manuscript submission. After reviewing your manuscript, I have concluded that it contains insufficient data (the solubility of at least 1 solute in at least 4 different solvent mixtures, or of at least 4 solutes in 1 solvent mixture over a temperature range of at least 40 K is required).
