SCI文章悲剧了。。
三个审稿人，一个小修，一个大修，还有一个拒稿。其中拒稿的原因如下：
The manuscript deals with an interesting research topic. However, there are important reasons for recommending the rejection of the manuscript.
The introduction section is excessively long. It does not justify the novelty and the contribution to the field of the research performed. The objectives are not stated clearly.
The experimental design is not appropriated. The experiments were not repeated. Therefore, the results showed in the manuscript are not statistically significant.
最后一点这个拒稿意见是什么意思？实验重复了吗？编辑意见还挺有好的，说可以修改后重投，想搞清楚这个审稿人拒稿的原因。。请大神帮忙看一下吧

没有平行实验的实验结果是不可靠的，因为某一次实验的结果可能跟个人操作水平，实验误差，仪器误差等有关。一次实验的结果在统计学上没有任何参考价值的。需要多次实验，做平均值和误差分析，否则，数据准确性不能保证，那么研究结论就不能得到证明。不知道楼主是怎么做实验的……

说的是实验不可重复，审稿人提的这个有点牵强，因为单从文章上看不出实验的可重复性如何。
