最近收到SCI外审意见。一共三位专家，一个接受，没啥意见；一个小修，提了些小问题，感觉也好回复；最后一个直接拒绝，态度十分坚决，，意见如下：
There are three main problems with the paper, from my point of view.
Firstly, the background given in the paper is far too superficial and would need to be extended.
Secondly, it is very hard to follow the introduction of the approximation method and the main complication of ROM, stability, is not investigated at all.
Thirdly, the simulations are too poorly described and the investigation of the proper use of POD is too superficial.
最终编辑给了大修机会，但我感觉第三位专家的意见太负面了，直接认为研究的不深入，所以我很担心即使努力改，也达不到他的要求。
