Based on review of multiple references, this paper aims to research and assume the factors which affect the loyalty index of liquid milk brand customers in Zhenzhou city, and also it is on the basis of Zhenzhou consumer questionnaire to empirically analyze the factors. According to the brand loyalty principle, mainly focus on price, quality and brand awareness which influence the formation and development of the brand loyalty, thus to build hypothetical relationship between brand loyalty with price, quality and brand awareness depended on enough theory research, then apply the regression model in Logistic integrated with consumer questionnaire to verify the hypothesis, which turns out that brand quality security is the fundamental factor which affects customers’ loyalty to a brand, meanwhile the increase of price and brand awareness also affect the brand loyalty index significantly. Finally author presents corresponding marketing strategies which are significant for enterprises to develop and perfect their brand, as well to seize the market opportunities，
