国外导师的回复，不知道该怎么处理了？

Thanks you for your enquiry.  We would support an application for you for a Scholarship to study at ***.  However, we must first ensure that you are eligible to apply. I have cc-ed our Postgraduate Administrator, Michelle Lesnianski, who will advise.

On the assumption that you are, we would then assist you in designing a PhD project design.  From your description of your interests, this would probably best be in a project co-supervised by my colleague, Dr. Douglas Paton, who is an expert in **********, and myself.  I am away next week, but will be back Oct 31st.  I'd suggest in the interim you email Dr. Paton (cc-ing me) and we begin to focus in on areas that particularly interest you.
