中文：然后上清液用乙酸乙酯稀释十倍后进样1uL分析。

自己翻译的，但别人总说不好，又给不出更好的意见，希望有英语强人帮忙下，看看有没有更好的写法，要求无语法错误，无口语化，无歧义。
