方法 以对硝基间甲酚为起始原料,经过羟基保护、硝基还原及合环反应、催化脱苄 氯保护等4步反应制得5-羟基吲哚。

Abstract:
Purpose:synthesize 5-hydroxyindole
Method: take 3-methyl-4-nitro-phenol as substrate, then treat it with hydroxy group protection, nitroreduction, ring-closure reaction and catalytic debenzylation,finaly get 5-hydroxyindole as product.
Result: the structure of the desired product has been confirmed with 1H-NMR spectrum, and the total yield is 32%.
Conclusion: this process is easily to operate, the reaction conditions are mild, and it’s easy to control the product’s quality.
