上面这句话怎么理解呢？
是说邮寄和E-mail二选一呢，还是邮寄和E-mai必须都有呢？

这是接收邮寄的稿件，但是更希望投电子稿件。所以电子稿件更好。如果E-mail给了编辑，就不需要邮寄了！！

真的吗？那就是说二选一喽？只要把稿件E-mail给编辑就行啦？是吧？
